Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
Add the pasta & maintain a rolling boil uncovered until desired softness is achieved Al Dente – cook for 9 mins Just Right – cook for 12 mins Soft – 15+ mins
Drain & rinse pasta under water
Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh
