Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
Add the pasta & maintain a rolling boil uncovered until desired softness is achieved Al Dente – cook for 8 mins Just Right – cook for 10 mins Soft – 12+ mins
