Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
  2. Add the pasta & maintain a rolling boil uncovered until desired softness is achieved
    Al Dente – cook for 8 mins
    Just Right – cook for 10 mins
    Soft – 12+ mins
  3. Drain & rinse pasta under water
  4. Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh

Flavour Note: Fresh, earthy flavour. Goes well with all cuisines, try pan frying!
